Overview

In the spirit of well-being, we are following up on some of our Burnout in Primary Care Focus Group findings by both capturing the clinician voice and aiming to reduce workload and inefficiencies.   We will be organizing a committee of representatives from each of our primary care practices, including residents if  interested.  The members will be contact points for issues the practices want to fix.  The committee will meet quarterly with Rick Gitomer, MD, Director of Primary Care, to assess, plan and implement change.
