Overview
This is a multi-phase initiative to explore resident experiences of microaggressions at work, and develop and evaluate an evidence-based interactive training on how to respond to those microaggressions. The ultimate goal is to build resiliency and promote justice and equity in our medical culture and interactions with each other.
